Declaration of Trust
The Trust’s Declaration of Trust contains important information regarding the Trust, including but not limited to the organization of the Trust, indemnification of Trust Managers and Officers, ownership limitations, redemption of shares, and REIT qualifications. A copy of the Trust’s First Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust was filed with the County Clerk of Harris County on December 22, 2008. A copy of the Declaration is available for your review. Note that the Trust’s address has changed as reflected on this site and updated with the clerk.
